The object is an architectural monument and was acquired in 2013, being the largest in the investment portfolio of KA Invest. The object consists of 4 buildings. 133 one-room and two-room apartments are offered for rent.

Over the years under our management, a lot of repair work has been carried out in the facility, ranging from the replacement of all communications and renovation of facades, to the internal renovation of apartments.
